How does he become the kind of man in whom God delights to entrust His power?
Our culture offers young men achievement, entertainment, and independence—but very few receive what every man has always needed: initiation.
No man becomes wholehearted and mature on his own.
Led by Morgan Snyder and seasoned fathers in the faith from the Become Good Soil team, Strong is a four-day journey into the ancient path of masculine initiation. Through teaching, adventure, honest conversation, and the fellowship of courageous men, participants are invited to recover their identity, embrace God's larger story, and take their next step toward wholehearted manhood.
This is more than a retreat.
It is an invitation to cross a threshold.
Participation is limited to 27 men to preserve the depth of the experience. Applications are reviewed prayerfully on a rolling basis until the retreat is full

Cost: $1,400.00 (Scholarship available as needed. Cost includes accommodations and meals, but not transportation to and from the camp.)
Location: Trail West Lodge, Buena Vista, Colorado
Dates: Thursday, October 22nd (late afternoon check-in) - Sunday, October 25th, 2026 (concludes that morning)
Additional Details: Prior to the event, we will provide additional details and suggestions to help you plan a successful trip. Plan on bringing layers of clothing so that you can enjoy the outdoors. Temperatures in Colorado in the Fall can vary from the 20s to the 70s.
